  • Pick-up and delivery available in the following counties: Calumet, Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Fond du Lac, & Brown. Delivery charge is $0.50/mile (round-trip) from 20931 Main St. Collins, WI 54207. Mileage will be added to your final bill.
     

  • When thinking about how much to buy, note that one pound of meat will typically feed about four to five people, and a pint of one of our sides will feed about eight people.

"Meat" the Pitmaster

The Pitmaster for Belly BBQ, Dave Salm, is the Team Captain for the Legends of Smoke Team Red Arrow and the Executive Chef and owner of al corso restaurant. His professional career began while waiting tables in the 4th grade at his parent’s family restaurant, formerly known as Marcal's, in Chilton, WI. His passion continues today by learning new ways to use fresh, quality ingredients both at the restaurant and in his BBQ endeavors. Salm is honored to be included as one of the Best Chefs in America for the second consecutive year in 2014.
