Our Story

Great People Deserve Great Flavor.

And from the Wisconsin heartland, we've been serving top-notch food for over a decade at a restaurant called al corso, in Collins, WI. 

In 2011, the executive chef Dave Salm (our dad) took on a challenge from his customers: make a Worcestershire sauce they could fall in love with.

Hence, the "W" was born, a Worcestershire sauce for the people.

At least that's what our parents taught us, and it's always seemed to work out right.
